We hired Phil (Phillip) Bell to do some renovation jobs for us – drywall repairs, painting, floor and bathroom tiling in Vancouver, BC. We got his contact info through some referrals, but did a big mistake by not checking quality of his work or reliability. He overpriced our projects, got some inexperienced people to do the job, did a poor quality renos and disappeared while owing us money. He doesn’t answer our phone calls or text messages. It was a very time consuming and bizarre experience with Home Depot on 900 Terminal Ave, Vancouver, BC V6A 4G4. We ordered a custom built bifold closet door there. For starters three of their computers had difficulties to place an order; finally, almost a half an hour later the Home Depot employee managed to ring it through. Wait time was 2 – 3 weeks. We did a massive mistake not inspect the brand new custom built door at the order pickup desk.
