We hired Phil (Phillip) Bell to do some renovation jobs for us – drywall repairs, painting, floor and bathroom tiling in Vancouver, BC. We got his contact info through some referrals, but did a big mistake by not checking quality of his work or reliability.
He overpriced our projects, got some inexperienced people to do the job, did a poor quality renos and disappeared while owing us money. He doesn’t answer our phone calls or text messages.
If he offers you his services, think twice. You might regret it!
